This contest is open to everyone residing in Malaysia; be it individuals, groups, centres of higher education, companies or organisations. All entries must be submitted before 19th May 2005. Late, incomplete, incorrect (not according to specifications), illegible or fraudulent entries will be disqualified immediately. All submitted entries become the intellectual property of AFFINBANK and will not be returned. All submitted entries must be of original design and not one that may be subject to copyright laws and must indemnify AFFINBANK from copyright laws. AFFINBANK reserves the right to reject/withdraw any entries without prior notice and/or reason. AFFINBANK reserves the right to alter/modify/publish and advertise the entries. All AFFINBANK appointed judges’ decisions are final. No appeals or correspondences will be entertained. Winners will be contacted by mail and by phone numbers provided in the submission(s). Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. AFFINBANK assumes no responsibility for: lost, delayed, misdirected entries; or inaccurate information provided. Cash-prize is non-transferable, and will only be awarded to the person whose name and I.C./passport number matches the entry. Contestants are personally liable for any injury, damage and/or claims arising from entering this contest and/or in the usage and/or claiming of prizes. Winners of the first, second and third prizes are required to attend the prize-giving ceremony. AFFINBANK has the right to use, broadcast or publish the name, photos and information of winners for the purpose of advertisement and publicity without prior permission. Everyone can participate. There is no barrier for anyone residing in Malaysia from participating, including business associates, advertising and sales promotion agencies, AFFINBANK staff and members of their immediate families.
